How did we get here?

Our firm started in 1995 when Otto Cipolla left his previous firm. His goal was to create a small group of excellent attorneys so he could provide exceptional client service—something he felt was lacking at the big firms. What started as a 4-person team has expanded to 30 attorneys in 8 locations.
